At African Greens, we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests only in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Report the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage at the time of contact

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer
- Product has been used, consumed, or partially consumed
- Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Product stored improperly after delivery
3. Refund Processing Times
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
