Return & Exchange Policy
1. Product Condition
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, or unsealed. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
2. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the delivery date, as recorded by the courier company and you must pay the return or exchange fees
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.
• Exchange: We will replace the item free of charge, including delivery fees.
• Refund: We will arrange a pickup for the product at no additional cost, and the refund method will be agreed upon between both parties.
4. Incorrect Orders Placed by the Customer
If the customer orders the wrong item and requests an exchange or refund:
• A clear image of the product must be provided to confirm that the item is unused and still sealed.
• Exchange: The customer will be responsible for double delivery fees (for delivering the replacement item and returning the original item to our warehouse).
• Refund: The customer will be responsible for the delivery cost required to return the item to our warehouse. The refund method will be arranged upon mutual agreement.
5. Skin & Hair Compatibility Disclaimer
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that do not suit your skin or hair type. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.
